How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel Amiku. On web, go to Profile → Manage Subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the Amiku app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.
What is the 3-day free trial?
All new subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged until Day 4. Cancel any time before that and you owe nothing.
My account isn't working. What should I do?
Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us via the in-app chat or email above.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account, or contact support and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
